Handle the clients and collect database new clients
Basic Computer Knowledge
*Cold calling using the given database. *Monitoring campaign activity and follow up with clients. *Maintaining Excel database Key Responsibilities * Outbound Calling:
Make calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Follow up with leads and ensure closure of sales or inquiries.
Customer Engagement:
Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries.
Provide accurate information about products, services, or campaigns.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during interactions.
Data Management:
Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM or database.
Document the outcomes of calls and feedback received.
Target Achievement:
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and retention.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
Provide solutions that meet customer needs.
Coordination:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
Share insights and feedback with the team to refine strategies.
Requirements Requirements
Minimum 1-year experience in Telecalling
Any degree/10th/12th.
