Job Description
Job Title: Female Telecaller Responsibilities-
- Place phone calls to potential clients using a computerised directory.
- Execute sales scripts with necessary adjustments to maintain consistency in the sales program
- Address potential clients\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries regarding home improvement projects or goals.
- Schedule appointments with prospective customers based on associates\xe2\x80\x99 availability.
- Provide training to other telemarketers when required.
- Report any problems, concerns, or questions to supervisory staff.
- Refer customer complaints to the supervisor for quality control.
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
- Day shift
