Role and Responsibilities

Dialing enquiries and understanding the requirements and sharing relevant information about the properties.
Updating all the information and scheduling property visits.
Responding to inbound calls to provide information
Scheduling follow-up calls and ensuring the clients are contacted.
Cross pitching properties based on clients' requirements.
Allocating leads to respective sales executives and collecting feedback.
Ensuring all enquiries with feedbacks are updated regularly in the software.
Supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities.
Generating various MIS Reports and other presales activities as per process.
Checking market reviews of company website and competitor's website.
Making Outbound sales calls and schedule Meetings for prospective plans.
Ability to make customer relation and provide information verbally clearly and effectively.
Handle all E-mail and incoming calls from customers, give quality information about the company's projects.
Having strong follow up with existing data and maintained Daily MIS and database.
Responsible for all customer interactions, resolving customer queries.
Answer sales calls and handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
