Requirements:
1-2 years of telecalling experience
Excellent communication & persuasion skills
Ability to handle peak-time and high-volume calls
Strong follow-up and customer handling
Knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp Business & MS Excel
Salary:
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
