We are a fast-growing E-commerce company specializing in online mobile accessories, and we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executives to join our operation team.
We are structured into specialized teams, ensuring smooth order processing and excellent customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be assigned to one of the following teams based on your skills and performance:
1) Confirmation Team: Re-verify customer orders placed on our website. Confirm delivery details such as name, address, and contact information. ? Ensure error-free and timely dispatch.
2) Abandoned Team: Reach out to customers who did not complete their orders. Understand concerns and assist the customer in completing the order. Help improve conversion rates and overall sales.
3) NDR (Non-Delivery Report) Team: Follow up with the customers who rejected or missed deliveries. ? Identify reasons for non-delivered orders. Coordinate with courier partners to ensure successful re-delivery.
4) Support Team: Resolve customer concerns after order delivery. Handle cases related to damaged products, incorrect colours, or other issues. Maintain high level customer satisfaction.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Good Communication skills.
Strong computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Internet usage, Quick task execution, and others)
Willingness to learn, adapt and grow.
Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills. (Both fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply)
COMPENSATION AND WORK DETAILS.
Salary: 13,000 - 16,000 (based on performance)
Training: 7 days unpaid training (converted to paid upon selection)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Monthly Leaves: 2 paid leaves
Security Hold: 5 Days' salary (Will be added in the 4th month salary)
