Job Overview
The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, follow up with prospects, schedule site visits, and maintain accurate client records. The role is critical in converting enquiries into qualified prospects for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads generated through portals, ads, walk-ins, and referrals
Attend inbound calls and understand client requirements (budget, location, property type)
Explain property details, project highlights, pricing, and offers clearly
Qualify leads and share genuine prospects with the sales team
Schedule and confirm site visits for sales executives
Regular follow-up with interested clients to move them toward closure
Update CRM/Excel/Google Sheets with call status and remarks daily
Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive brand image
Coordinate with sales and CRM teams for smooth handover
Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets
Skills Required
Good spoken English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus)
Clear communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets)
Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently
Organized, punctual, and target-driven
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate telecalling or sales support (preferred)
Understanding of property types, locations, and pricing is an advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
