We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain courses and services to prospective students/customers, and convert inquiries into admissions or sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to build good customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads, inquiries, and existing customers.
Explain institute courses, programs, and services in a clear and engaging manner.
Follow up with interested candidates via calls, WhatsApp, or emails.
Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update daily call records and follow-up reports in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Coordinate with the counseling/admissions team to schedule appointments or demos.
Gather feedback and provide suggestions for marketing improvement.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus).
Good listening and convincing ability.
Basic knowledge of computers, Excel, and CRM software.
Positive attitude, polite tone, and patience while handling calls.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good team coordination and follow-up skills.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Experience in education, training, or service industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
