We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Immigration Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As an Immigration Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients who are interested in immigration services. Your primary goal will be to provide information, answer queries, and guide potential clients through the initial stages of the immigration process.
Key Responsibilities:
Contacting potential clients via telephone to introduce immigration services and understand their immigration needs.
Providing information on immigration procedures, eligibility requirements, and available services.
Answering inquiries and addressing concerns related to immigration laws, visa applications, documentation, and deadlines.
Scheduling appointments for prospective clients to meet with immigration consultants or advisors.
Following up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and updating the database with client information.
Collaborating with immigration consultants to ensure clients receive accurate and timely information.
Meeting weekly or monthly targets for calls made, appointments scheduled, and conversions achieved.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Knowledge of immigration laws, procedures, and visa categories preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
