Customer Service
Handle inbound calls regarding immigration queries and services
Provide preliminary information about immigration processes and requirements
Address client concerns and questions professionally
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM system
Documentation & Follow-up
Update client database with call outcomes and client preferences
Prepare daily call reports and lead status updates
Follow up with potential clients as per defined timelines
Coordinate with immigration consultants for client handovers
