Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products or services.
Handle inbound customer queries politely and efficiently.
Maintain records of calls and customer details in the database.
Follow up on leads and ensure successful sales closures (if applicable).
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
Maintain good communication and interpersonal skills to build customer trust.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
Experience:
Fresher or 1-2years of telecalling/telemarketing/customer support experience.
Skills:
Excellent communication (Hindi/English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM & Excel)
Positive attitude and persuasive skills
