Job Role: Telecaller
We are looking for an energetic and confident
Telecaller
to join our admissions and counseling team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, explaining educational programs, and assisting them through the inquiry and enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing and counseling campaigns.
Maintain proper records of inquiries and conversions.
Understand student needs and provide accurate information about courses and admission procedures.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Build positive relationships with students through effective communication.
Requirements:
Minimum 1
- 2 years of experience
in telecalling, counseling, or educational sales (freshers can also apply).
Strong communication skills in
Hindi and English
.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM handling).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
