Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and persuasive

Telecaller

to join our Real Estate team. The role involves connecting with potential buyers, investors, and clients over phone calls, generating leads, and scheduling site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales ability, and a strong understanding of real estate offerings.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases. Explain real estate projects, property details, amenities, pricing, and offers to clients. Generate leads and maintain client interest through effective follow-up calls. Schedule and coordinate property site visits for interested clients. Maintain a record of customer interactions, inquiries, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets. Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients for repeat business. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
