We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team at

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and clients, providing information about our services, answering queries, and scheduling counseling sessions. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle client interactions professionally are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients. Explain educational consultancy services and answer questions. Schedule counseling sessions and follow up with leads. Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems. Meet daily and monthly call targets.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejections and remain positive. Basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
