Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
Provide detailed information about products/services offered by Dleaftech.
Follow up with prospective clients through phone and email.
Maintain customer records, update databases, and record conversations.
Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
Maintain professional communication and represent the company positively.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (or regional language as needed).
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Bachelor's degree preferred.
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
