role focused on outbound calling, lead generation, and client coordination.

Job Overview

As a Telecaller at Skyapex, you will handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with potential clients, and support our sales and marketing efforts. Your role will involve presenting our services confidently, managing client queries, and ensuring a smooth communication flow.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong communication skills with clear and effective speaking ability. (Mandatory)*
Experience or training in

outbound calling

or customer interaction. Telecalling skills with a professional and confident phone presence. Ability to work comfortably in

day shift operations

Basic knowledge of

call handling

and customer service. (Mandatory)*
Understanding of sales, upselling, and cross-selling is an added advantage. Ability to quickly utilize internal

knowledge bases

and resources for client queries. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and handle objections.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Skyapex's services. Handle incoming calls professionally and resolve basic inquiries. Maintain accurate information using internal knowledge base and CRM tools. Promote company offerings and support sales initiatives through telecalling. Meet daily/weekly calling targets and assist the business development team. Provide timely and clear information to customers to ensure satisfaction. Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication for conversions. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall business goals. Adhere to company procedures and ensure quality standards in every call.
