Job Description

Outbound Calling

- Contact potential customers to promote products/services and generate leads.

Inbound Calling

- Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and resolve customer issues.

Lead Generation

- Identify potential customers, gather information, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain positive relationships with clients, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Data Entry & Record Keeping

- Update customer information, maintain call logs, and report daily activities.

Follow-Ups

- Call back customers to remind about payments, renewals, or appointments.

Target Achievement

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets set by the company.

Feedback Collection

- Gather feedback from customers to improve products/services.
