Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers, promote products or services, and generate business leads. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a professional attitude, and a goal-oriented mindset to meet and exceed daily and monthly targets.

Key responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads and databases to promote products and services. Handle and resolve inbound customer inquiries, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to generate interest and secure sales. Persuade potential customers to purchase or schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaigns and overall customer experience. Update and maintain customer information databases with new information as required. Handle customer objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitude. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products, services, and sales strategies.

Qualifications



Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is often required; a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Experience:

Previous experience in a telecalling, telesales, or customer service role is preferred.

Language:

Fluency in the required language (e.g., English, regional languages) is a must.

Skills



Communication:

Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, with a clear and confident phone manner.

Sales Acumen:

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to influence buying decisions and close deals.

Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable using CRM software, telecommunication systems, and basic computer applications for data entry.

Resilience:

Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally while staying motivated.

Active Listening:

Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Time Management:

Efficient multitasking and organizational skills to manage high call volumes.

Problem-Solving:

The ability to think quickly and resolve customer issues effectively.
