Make outbound calls to potential customers from company database and generated leads
Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and site visit details clearly
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
Maintain daily call reports, follow-ups, and customer records in CRM
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients
Follow up with existing leads to close appointments
Key Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of telecalling experience
(Real Estate industry preferred)
Excellent communication skills in
English + local language
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
Basic computer skills
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects
Local candidate with good area knowledge
Strong follow-up
