Telecaller - Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd (KOEL)
Role: Generate qualified sales and service leads via outbound and inbound calls.
Key Tasks:
Promote KOEL services (AMCs, spares, upgrades) to new and existing customers.
Qualify leads and pass them to the Field Sales/Service team.
Resolve basic customer inquiries and maintain accurate CRM records.
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets.
Mandatory Qualification & Experience
Candidates must have prior experience working as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or similar customer-facing role within the Industrial (e.g., engines, power, machinery) or Automobile/Auto Ancillary sector only.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
