RinixWeb, a growing digital marketing agency in Visakhapatnam, is looking for a
Telecaller / Client Coordination Executive
to manage client communication, lead follow-ups, and internal coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, organized, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally
Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication
Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for the internal team
Handle basic administrative tasks including emails, documentation, and records
Maintain CRM / lead logs and set follow-up reminders
Support internal teams with smooth communication and coordination
What We're Looking For
Excellent spoken
English & Telugu
(additional languages are a plus)
Confident and clear
phone communication skills
Strong
email writing, admin, and follow-up abilities
Professional, polite, and customer-oriented attitude
Quick learner with good organizational and multitasking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
