1. Position Title
Telecaller - Hiwaga (Vizag Branch)
2. Reporting To
Centre Head / Branch Manager
3. Job Summary
Responsible for inbound & outbound calling, generating leads, converting enquiries into appointments, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent customer service for the Vizag Hiwaga centre.
4. Key Responsibilities
A. Calling & Lead Management
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists.
Handle inbound enquiries professionally.
Explain services, packages and offers clearly.
Convert enquiries into walk-ins and appointments.
Follow up on pending leads and missed calls.
Maintain high conversion targets.
B. Customer Service
Greet callers politely and maintain a customer-friendly tone.
Provide accurate and updated information.
Escalate complex queries to the Centre Head.
C. Record Keeping
Update CRM/Excel daily with customer details.
Maintain call logs, follow-up lists and conversion records.
Report daily call performance to Centre Head.
D. Appointment Coordination
Schedule appointments per therapist/doctor availability.
Confirm appointments and send reminders.
Reduce no-shows by timely follow-ups.
E. Sales & Target Achievement
Promote new packages and monthly offers.
Support marketing campaigns via calling.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
5. Skills Required
Excellent communication (Telugu; Hindi/English preferred)
Strong convincing & negotiation skills
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
Good listening skills, patience, polite tone
Ability to work under targets
6. Experience
0-3 years in telecalling/customer service preferred
Salon/clinic experience is a plus
Freshers with strong communication may apply
7. Work Schedule
Full-time (as per branch timings)
Weekly off as per company policy
