Make outbound calls to potential customers/students and explain services or training programs.
Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally.
Maintain a database of customer information and call logs.
Follow up with leads to convert them into walk-ins or admissions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide accurate information about programs, fees, timings, and benefits.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the mobilizer and training team for smooth onboarding.
Report daily performance to the supervisor/manager.
