+ Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote solar products and services.
+ Qualify leads by gathering customer information and understanding their solar energy needs.
+ Schedule appointments for the sales team or set up meetings with prospective clients.
+ Provide information to interested customers about the benefits of solar energy and how our solutions meet their requirements.
Customer Interaction and Relationship Building:
+ Answer inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide accurate information about solar products, pricing, and services.
+ Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
+ Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact to ensure the conversion of leads into sales.
+ Handle customer objections and concerns professionally to facilitate decision-making.
Data Management and Reporting:
+ Maintain an organized database of leads, follow-up activities, and customer interactions.
+ Record and update call logs, lead status, and relevant customer details in the CRM system.
+ Provide regular reports on call outcomes, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback to the sales manager.
Product Knowledge:
+ Stay updated on the latest solar products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
+ Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about solar energy savings, installation processes, and financial incentives.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
+ Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and successful conversion.
+ Assist in sales campaigns and marketing initiatives to boost lead generation and brand visibility.
+ Participate in team meetings and provide insights based on customer interactions to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Female candidate preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to handle objections and manage customer queries effectively.
Basic knowledge of solar products and services (or willingness to learn).
