to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and generating leads for our Ayurvedic products and third-party manufacturing services. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services, offers, and benefits to clients.
Generate leads for B2B (third-party manufacturing) and B2C (direct customers).
Maintain customer databases and update call records in CRM/Excel.
Handle inbound calls, respond to queries, and provide accurate information.
Follow up with clients regularly to convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and conversion goals.
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team for smooth lead handover.
Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Skills & Requirements
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferred, not mandatory).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to handle rejection.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
