Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain products/services clearly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets
Handle customer objections and close deals when possible
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of computers.
Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers
Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage
