experienced Telecaller with a background in the immigration industry

to strengthen our client relations and sales team.

Position Overview

The Telecaller will be the

primary client representative

, responsible for handling inquiries, promoting immigration and visa services, managing follow-ups, and ensuring client satisfaction while achieving set sales and conversion targets. The role requires prior

immigration sector experience

, strong communication skills, and a disciplined, target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries regarding visa and immigration services. Clearly explain services, eligibility, and processes to prospective clients. Manage and convert leads into successful client registrations. Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure closures. Maintain accurate client records, databases, and CRM updates. Handle client objections confidently and resolve concerns effectively. Collaborate with case managers and legal teams for seamless client onboarding. Consistently achieve sales and performance targets set by the firm. Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance standards at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Punjabi

. Strong persuasion and client-handling ability with a sales-driven mindset. Deep understanding of

immigration/visa processes

. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented. Computer proficient (MS Office, CRM systems, emails).

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate degree (mandatory)

- preferably in Business, Law, Communication, or related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in the immigration/overseas education industry

(telecalling, client handling, or sales).
