to contribute to generating sales and managing customer relationships. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales or setting up appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about Visko Group's products/services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, exhibitions, or referrals.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as per company procedures.
Maintain a database of customer information and follow up regularly.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service role preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.).
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
