Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Promote products/services and explain offers clearly to customers.
Maintain call records and update customer information in the database.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Follow up with leads shared by the marketing team.
Handle customer queries politely and escalate issues when required.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams for lead closure.
