to join our team. The role involves calling potential candidates to recruit
Insurance Advisors/Agents
, explaining career opportunities, and scheduling interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective candidates from provided data
Explain the role of Life Insurance Advisor and its benefits
Convince candidates to join as Insurance Advisors/Agents
Screen candidates based on basic eligibility criteria
Schedule interviews and follow up till onboarding
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with the recruitment and sales team
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills
Confident and persuasive calling skills
Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, dialing systems)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
