We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining property options, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers from provided leads or databases.
Explain property features, pricing, and location benefits to clients.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales or field executives.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Follow up with interested clients and nurture leads to generate closures.
Handle inbound calls, answer queries professionally, and convert inquiries into leads.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports of call status and lead generation.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
Requirements:
Minimum Graduation.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
Strong verbal communication in [languages like English, Hindi, and regional language].
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM tools.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
