Responsibilities

Make

outbound calls

to potential customers and explain our products/services. Handle

inbound inquiries

and provide accurate information. Generate and qualify

leads

for databases, SaaS subscriptions, listings, and e-commerce services. Maintain

client follow-ups

via calls, WhatsApp, and email. Meet

daily & monthly call/lead targets.

Record customer details in CRM/software.

Requirements

Education:

12th Pass or above (Graduates preferred).

Languages:

Fluency in

Hindi & English

(additional regional languages are a plus). Good

communication & persuasion skills.

Confidence in handling customer objections. Prior telesales / telecaller / BPO experience preferred (freshers can also apply).

Job Type & Salary

Full-Time | Onsite (Newtown, Kolkata)

Salary:

?10,000 - ?12,000 per month (based on experience)*
