Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele calling Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
Explain products or services and answer customer queries effectively.
Generate interest and schedule appointments or product demos.
Maintain records of calls and sales and update CRM systems.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling or telesales (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu

Pay: ₹8,430.40 - ₹23,953.94 per month
