Job Title: Telecalling / Telecalling Staff
Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Telecalling Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound inquiries, and effectively communicating the products/services offered to generate leads, sales, or appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from a given database.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Explain products/services clearly and answer customer questions.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales (depending on business need).
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-up actions in the CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and KPI goals.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to management.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred).
Excellent communication skills (verbal & listening) in English (and local languages if required).
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
Clear and confident speaking ability.
Preferred:
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or support.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Work Environment
Office-based or hybrid (as applicable).
Fast-paced team environment.
Shift timings may apply (if required by the company).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
