Key responsibilities include calling potential leads, explaining our interior design and construction services, maintaining client records, and scheduling meetings or site visits. The telecaller must follow up with interested clients regularly and share updates with the management team. Coordination between clients, designers, and site engineers will also be part of the daily work.
The ideal candidate should have
good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
, a pleasant voice, and confidence in handling client calls. Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an added advantage. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets) is required.
