Responsibilities:
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to communicate with clients/customers.
Explain products or services clearly and professionally.
Maintain call records and update customer databases.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Excellent
spoken English
and clear pronunciation.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, polite, and professional on calls.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Prior experience in tele calling, BPO, or customer service will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
