Nectar Rendering Studio, a leading and innovative 3D animation, and visual effects studio, is seeking a talented and motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our team. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a vital role in our business development efforts by engaging potential clients over the phone, promoting our services, and generating leads. Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing Nectar Rendering Studio's services and discussing their specific needs. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients by actively researching and identifying new leads. Present and promote our range of 3D animation and visual effects services, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages to prospective clients. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels. Provide accurate information to clients regarding project timelines, pricing, and delivery schedules. Effectively communicate with potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns while maintaining a professional and persuasive demeanor. Collaborate with the sales team to track leads, update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, and generate reports on call activities and outcomes. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to ensure effective communication of our unique value proposition. Achieve and exceed individual and team-based sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:

Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients. A strong interest in the entertainment industry, particularly 3D animation and visual effects. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and meeting deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive attitude. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and telecommunication systems is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
