The Telecaller will be responsible for interacting with potential and existing customers over phone calls, explaining products/services, generating leads, and supporting the sales team. The role requires good communication skills, customer handling ability, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products or services.
Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries promptly.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
Follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and service feedback.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets set by the company.
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain professionalism and follow call scripts (if provided).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & basic English.
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
