We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, follow up on inquiries, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Provide information about products or services.
Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries.
Follow up on leads and maintain a record of customer interactions.
Convert potential leads into actual sales or appointments.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Update the CRM or database with accurate and relevant information.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required].
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Educational Qualification: Minimum +2 / Graduation (as applicable).
