Assess patient pain level and other symptoms when speaking to patients on the phone and via web conference
Provide complex instructions in an easily accessible and calm way to ensure they get accurate information about the person's condition while also educating patients about appropriate post-visit actions and treatment
Following up with patients as needed with patients via phone calls, emails or chat systems
