We are hiring

Tele Survey Executives

for a

Punjabi language survey process

. The role involves making outbound calls to conduct simple surveys and record customer responses. This is

not a sales role

.

Shift Timing:

9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Day Shift)

Responsibilities:

Conduct telephonic surveys in

Punjabi

Ask pre-defined questions and record responses accurately Maintain call quality and professionalism Follow survey scripts and guidelines

Requirements:

Fluency in

Punjabi

(Hindi/English basic understanding is a plus) Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to work in a team

Experience:

Freshers are welcome

Call center experience preferred but not mandatory

Work Location:

On-site (Office based)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Amritsar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
