Job Responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned targets Maintain follow-ups with customers for closures Update CRM with call details and follow-ups Provide professional and clear communication to customers

Key Requirements

1-2 years of experience in Loans / Credit / Finance telesales Good communication skills in Hindi & English Target-oriented mindset with negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Ability to handle customer objections and close deals
