Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic

Female Telecalling Sales Executive

to handle outbound calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales. The role involves speaking to customers, understanding their needs, and providing the best sales solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers. Explain product details, features, pricing, and benefits clearly. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. Maintain daily call reports and update customer information. Handle customer queries politely and professionally. Work closely with the sales team to support conversions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Tamil (English added advantage). Strong convincing and customer-handling skills. Ability to work with targets. Basic computer knowledge. Pleasant and confident voice.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: 10th/12th/Any Degree Experience: Fresher or experienced (Telecalling/Customer Care preferred) Only Female candidates preferred Age:20-25years
