Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves
handling inside sales for Home Loans. The candidate should have a solid
understanding of Home loan, strong
communication skills, and prior experience in tele/inside sales.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers via phone to explain product
Understand customer requirements and provide the best available options.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to conversion.
Maintain high call connect and lead conversion ratios.
Collaborate with fulfillment teams to ensure smooth processing of customer
applications.
Maintain updated records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursal targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Finance/Commerce background).
Minimum 1-3 years of inside sales/tele sales experience in financial products
(mandatory).
Knowledge of home loan
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
