Spectrum Solar Power is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
Telemarketing Executive
to join our team in Kathrikadavu, Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote solar energy solutions
Explain product details, pricing, and benefits clearly and convincingly
Generate leads and maintain a customer database
Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments for the sales team
Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service will be an added advantage
Female candidates preferred

Salary:
?12,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
