Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-generated leads
Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects
Explain project details such as pricing, location advantages, amenities, and payment plans
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversion
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
Handle customer objections professionally and provide correct information
Coordinate with channel partners and field sales teams when required
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Customer-oriented approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic knowledge of real estate sales cycle
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Excel
