We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account manager- Online sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making cold calls and engaging potential customers to promote and sell our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
Effectively communicate the value of the company's offerings to prospects.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM software.
Identify and target new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve sales goals.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
