Job Summary:

The Telesales Representative is responsible for generating sales and building relationships with potential customers over the phone. This role involves identifying prospects, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that align with our products or services. The ideal candidate will be persuasive, goal-oriented, and able to handle objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

Contact potential customers from provided leads or lists to promote and sell products or services.

Sales Presentation:

Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our products or services.

Customer Needs Assessment:

Identify and understand customer needs through effective questioning and listening.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.

Follow-Up:

Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Pay: ₹8,797.78 - ₹27,316.30 per month
