Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Trainer who will be responsible for training, monitoring, and improving telesales team performance across three verticals - Resorts, Grocery, and DMIT (Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test). The candidate will also oversee call quality audits, performance coaching, and MIS reporting to drive conversions and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development
Design and deliver telesales training modules for new hires and existing teams.
Conduct role plays, objection handling, and product-specific sales training.
Regularly upskill teams on soft skills, closing techniques, and cross-selling.
Call Quality & Performance Management
Listen to and audit sales calls to ensure compliance and sales effectiveness.
Share feedback, conduct coaching sessions, and improve team performance.
Develop quality monitoring scorecards and track improvements.
MIS & Reporting
Maintain detailed reports on telesales productivity, call quality, and conversions.
Track KPIs like talk time, conversion ratio, lead follow-ups, and closure rates.
Share insights and weekly/monthly dashboards with management.
Business Alignment
Customize training and quality parameters for each vertical (Resorts, Grocery, DMIT).
Work closely with business heads to align telesales strategies with revenue goals.
Suggest process improvements for lead handling and customer engagement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong experience in telesales training and call quality management.
Ability to analyze data and prepare MIS reports effectively.
Excellent communication, mentoring, and motivational skills.
Knowledge of CRM, dialer systems, and reporting tools.
Target-driven mindset with proven success in sales enablement.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Male candidate with 3-6 years of telesales/training experience.
Prior exposure to hospitality, FMCG, or EdTech industries is an advantage.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and regional languages (preferred).

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
