We are looking for an Education Loan Tele-Executive to manage education loan processes for students planning to study abroad. The role involves guiding students over calls, assisting with loan options, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring timely loan approvals and disbursements.
Key Responsibilities:
Explain overseas education loan options and eligibility to students via phone.
Collect, verify, and submit required loan documents.
Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing.
Follow up regularly on loan approvals and disbursements.
Maintain student loan records and update application status.
Requirements:
Any graduate.
1-2 years of experience in telesales, loan processing, or banking (preferred).
Good communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,104.56 - ₹18,000.00 per month
