We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales over the phone. As a Telesales Representative, you will play a key role in driving the company's revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
:
Contact potential customers through cold calling, warm leads, or inbound queries.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Actively seek new sales opportunities through phone calls and emails.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
Provide accurate information about products and services, answering customer inquiries.
Follow up on leads and customer interactions to close sales.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales results to the Sales Manager.
Handle customer objections, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications
:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or similar sales role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers quickly.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
